  • week 1/ air

We begin building the ritual. One week of meditation has shown to release dopamine, endorphins, serotonin, and promote mood stabalization.

  • week 2/ water

By two weeks of meditation your system has consistently been releasing oxytocin, creating a deeper sense of trust and connectivity. Let it carry you forward.

  • week 3/ earth

Your consistent practice, by week three is creating new neural connections, a new foundation of stable mood, contentment, and receptivity. May this inspire devotion.

  • week 4/ fire

After a month of practice, this new routine reduces anxiety & increases ability to regulate emotions and discern with clarity. Use this to create a life that lights you up.

What People Are Saying

“Rachel designed this course thoughtfully and showed up everyday to teach us new techniques, guide us deeper into ourselves, unpack some things most people today struggle with. The group was wonderful and it felt nourishing to be connected to fundamentally good people who are trying to better themselves every day.”

— Claire

“This course brought me deeper understanding, moments of deep connection in my body and deep reflection. It catapulted me into a journey of awareness and acceptance. It was a very nourishing experience I enjoyed returning to every day. I enjoyed the platform & connecting with others. Overall the best part was that it gave me, for a month, a really positive and hopeful outlook on life!”

— Maya

Space To Breathe was so powerful, and one of the best remote mindfulness courses I’ve taken. The format is simple and invites us to show up each weekday morning and learn breathwork and meditation techniques. Rachel is a skilled, generous, and caring teacher. She fosters a sense of both community and personal exploration in the course. I’ve learned tools that I can use any time. And I'm joining again!”

— Katya

Between stimulus and response there is space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
